Information & Terms of Business

What are your party packages and how much do they cost?

Silver – £28 per child. Minimum 10 full-paying children. Maximum 30 children. Minimum age 4 years for all participants. Includes Go Wild trampoline socks for each guest. 30 mins arrival, welcome and safety briefing. 1 hour of play on the trampolines and 30 mins in one of our themed private party rooms for food. Includes unlimited squash and water, your choice of Little Kids Lunch Boxes or Big Kids Sub & Snack Bags. Orders must be all one type and cannot be mixed.
Gold – £31 per child. Minimum 10 full-paying children. Maximum 30 children. Minimum age 4 years for all participants. Includes Go Wild trampoline socks for each guest. 30 mins arrival, welcome and safety briefing. 1 hour of play on the trampolines and 30 mins in one of our themed private party rooms for food. Includes large picnic buffet (choose between sandwiches OR sub rolls) with unlimited squash and water. Complimentary coffee or tea voucher per adult guest. 2 x free Drusillas tickets.

What are the party session times?

Party packages are held at either 10:30-12:30 or 13:00-15:00.

Can I arrive early to get into my party room?

Party hosts should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their party start time. This is either at 10:20 or 12:50. Guests of the party should arrive at the party start time. This is 10:30 or 13:00.
Party times are set and cannot be extended in the instance of late arrivals.

What time do I have to leave?

Parties are popular at Go Wild and party rooms are usually needed for the next booking. Therefore, we ask for a prompt exit at your party end time. This is 12:30 or 15:00 depending on your chosen time.

How many adults can come to the party?

Spectating adults are free of charge.
Any siblings who accompany party guests but are not listed as party attendees will need to pay the standard daily admission fee if they wish to jump.
Please note that all session age restrictions and capacity limits still apply.
If you plan to bring siblings who are not attending the party but would like to jump, we strongly recommend checking session times and restrictions and booking online in advance to avoid disappointment.

How much deposit is required?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time. The deposit is £50.
We do not take provisional bookings. Dates and party times cannot be pencilled in or reserved. Bookings are only secure upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit.
Through payment of this deposit, you are deemed to have accepted our Party Terms and Conditions.

When is the final party balance due?

The final balance of your party is due 14 days prior to the party date.
You will be required to pay the final balance online through your booking account.
A payment reminder will be sent via email.
If final payment isn’t received before the 14 day period of your party date, your party is not secured and risks being cancelled or released.

When are my final numbers and food options needed?

Final numbers are required 14 days before the party date.
Food options and sandwich or sub filling choices are required 14 days before the party date.

What food is included in the Gold & Silver packages?

Silver Package – Kids Lunch Boxes

Sandwich (jam, ham or cheese) OR Sub Roll (Tuna Mayo, Chicken & Bacon, Cheese & Pickle, Ham & Cheese or BLT) crisps, a sweet treat, fruit and a drink.
Unlimited squash and water.

Gold Package – Kids Picnic Buffet

Sandwich selection of jam, ham & cheese OR Sub Roll selection of Tuna Mayo, Chicken & Bacon, Cheese & Pickle, Ham & Cheese & BLT, crisps, fruit, sausage rolls, carrot and cucumber batons with hummus, cheese snacks, sweet treats.
Unlimited squash and water.

Please note that for all Gold & Silver parties, no additional outside food or drink (with exception of a shop brought cake) may be brought on site.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Only shop bought, pre-packaged cakes can be brought onsite that comply with Natasha’s Law.
Homemade cakes are not allowed onsite.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Yes! Allergies and dietary requirements can be catered for.
Please inform us at least 14 days before your party date to ensure we have the relevant alternative ingredients available.

When do you need the guest list and who should be on it?

A guest list must be submitted through your booking account at least 14 days before the party. A separate food order form will be emailed to you 21 days before the party and must also be completed.
All participants must have a completed waiver before attending the party. To help ensure a smooth check-in process, we recommend completing waivers at least 14 days in advance.
If your guest numbers increase after paying your deposit, you can add additional guests through your online account. If your final payment has already been made, please contact the Go Wild! team for assistance. We will always try to accommodate extra guests on the day but this may not always be possible.
Refunds are not given once the final payment has been made.
Refunds are not given for any children who do not attend the party.

What happens if I cancel the party or want to postpone it?

All deposits are non-refundable.
Parties cancelled prior to 14 days of the party date will not be charged the cost of the party (excluding the deposit).
The cost of the party is not refundable in instances where a cancellation has been made within 14 days of the party date.
A request of postponement needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the party date. We will always aim to find a suitable alternative date, but in circumstances where this is not possible the deposit remains non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests of postponement with less than 14 days to the party date. Both the party cost and deposit are non-refundable in these instances.

When do I get my free Drusillas tickets (Gold Parties only)?

You will receive your free Drusillas ticket code, via email, once your final payment is received.

How long are my Drusillas tickets valid for?

You have one year from the date of your party to use your free tickets.

Outside entertainers

We do not allow outside entertainers in Go Wild!

What are your party rooms like?

Our party rooms feature unique animal-inspired themes with a vibrant, modern twist, bringing the animal kingdom to life in Hyper Jungle and Electric Safari! They are both similar in style.
Party rooms are allocated based on the size of the party.
We regret you cannot reserve a specific room.

Can I decorate the room?

You are welcome to bring standalone air-filled balloons and table decorations to your party.
We do not allow any decorations to be fixed to the walls in the party rooms.
Confetti, table sprinkles, or balloons with confetti in them are not allowed.
Helium balloons are only allowed in the party rooms and are not allowed in the main arena.
Any damage to the party room, table, or chairs will be charged for.

What are your Rules of Play?

Party-goers must always adhere to all rules & safety information within Go Wild! A copy of these are displayed in multiple places around Go Wild! and are available on our website.
All party-goers are required to watch a safety briefing before jumping.

Do you supervise the party?

A member of the team will be available to assit with your party along with court marshalls on the trampolines & activites. Parents are encouraged to actively supervise children to ensure they are adhering to the rules.
Please bring with you contact details of all parents not attending the party, in case of an emergency.
