Accessibility

Accessibility at Go Wild!

Go Wild! is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors.

We regularly review our procedures and risk assessments to help make Go Wild! as accessible as reasonably possible. As every visitor’s needs are different, please contact us before booking if you would like to discuss accessibility or reasonable adjustments.

Free Carer Tickets

We offer free admission for one carer accompanying a paying visitor who requires additional support and can provide evidence of one of the following:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Attendance Allowance or
  • Access Card with the +1 Essential Companion symbol

Evidence must be current and, where applicable, dated within the last two years. It must be presented on arrival.

Carers must be aged 18 or over. Where a carer is participating in an activity, they must also complete a valid waiver, watch the safety briefing, wear Go Wild! grip socks, and follow all safety rules.

SEN and Additional Needs

Visitors with special educational needs, disabilities or additional needs are welcome at all Go Wild! sessions.

Go Wild! can be busy, noisy and visually stimulating, particularly during weekends and school holidays. Please contact us before booking if you would like advice on quieter times or would like to discuss any reasonable adjustments.

Essential safety, age and supervision requirements will continue to apply.

Physical Access

An lift is available between the public levels of the building. The lift may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, servicing or an unexpected fault. Visitors who rely on the elevator are encouraged to contact us before travelling so that we can confirm its availability.

An accessible toilet is located downstairs on the ground floor.

Some activities involve trampolines, climbing, steps, obstacles or changes in level and may not be suitable or accessible for every visitor.

Waivers, Safety and Supervision

Every participant must have a valid Go Wild! waiver and watch the mandatory safety briefing before taking part.

Please speak to a member of staff if a participant requires additional help to understand the safety instructions.

Parents, guardians and carers remain responsible for the supervision, care and behaviour of the children and vulnerable visitors in their group. Go Wild! staff monitor activities for safety but do not provide one-to-one supervision or personal care.

Children aged 1–3 years using the trampolines must be actively supervised on the equipment by a participating adult aged 18 or over.

Planning Your Visit

Please contact us before booking where a visitor:

  • Has significant mobility or accessibility requirements
  • Requires physical assistance
  • May find busy or noisy environments difficult
  • Needs support understanding safety instructions
  • Relies on the elevator, or
  • Requires a carer to participate alongside them
  • Experiences severe sensory issues with clothing and may have trouble with the mandatory Go Wild! grip socks

This gives us the best opportunity to discuss suitable sessions, facilities and reasonable adjustments.
